ABOUT US


The specific purposes of the Outlaw Wrestling Club of East County are to develop healthy and sustainable youth education programs that teach a standard of excellence in preparation, competition and conduct in the sport of wrestling and empower members for success in their educational and professional lives; establish a team culture among members, parents, coaches, volunteers, and Outlaw Wrestling Club of East County staff that values enjoying healthy competition, accountability in personal conduct, good sportsmanship, equality for male and female athletes, and treating all people with dignity and respect; conduct regular practices and competitions that teach members exemplary training habits they need to succeed in competition and life, including setting and achieving goals, overcoming setbacks and challenges through hard work and discipline, and exhibiting courage in the face of adversity; organizing and operating sustainable activities that encourage educational success and empower members with practical skills to become economically self-sufficient, and involve parents, coaches, volunteers, and Outlaw Wrestling Club of East County staff to strengthen the family bond and community engagement; build partnerships with individuals and organizations who share our values and mission, to ensure that members achieve their full potential through collaboration and collective impact; and provide financial assistance and support for at-risk and underserved youth so that all can benefit from Outlaw Wrestling Club of East County programs and membership.


The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended (the “Code”).  The Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of

California (“California Nonprofit Corporation Law”) for public and charitable purposes.

Specific Purpose
The specific purpose of the Corporation shall include without limitation: To develop healthy and sustainable youth education programs that empower members for success in their educational and professional lives by teaching a standard of excellence in preparation and competition in the sport of wrestling;


Establish a team culture among members, parents, coaches, volunteers, and Outlaw Wrestling Club staff that values healthy competition, accountability in personal conduct, good sportsmanship, equality for male and female athletes, and treating all people with dignity and respect;


Conduct regular practices and competitions that teach members exemplary training habits they need to succeed in competition and life, including setting and achieving goals, overcoming setbacks and challenges though hard work and discipline, and exhibiting courage in the face of adversity;


Organizing sustainable activities that encourage educational success and
empower youth with practical skills to become economically self-sufficient, and involve parents to strengthen the bond within the families and the community;


Build partnerships with individuals and organizations in the community who share our values and mission, to ensure that members achieve their full potential through collaboration and collective impact; and Provide financial assistance and support for at-risk and underserved youth to have access to Outlaw Wrestling Club programs and membership.
